travel history

Hello Everyone,

I have a question regarding my travel history.
The 'Travel History' tab asks to list "any trips taken outside ****'s country of origin or of residence since the 18th birthday".
I am a citizen of country A and I moved to country B at the age of 12 and grew up there until the age of 22, following which I moved to Canada. I was a temporary resident of country B at the time of my stay there and I am currently in Canada. While I was in country B, I travelled on vacation to some countries.
I was wondering how to answer the travel history question question:
Should I only list the countries I went on vacation to? Or should I also list country B where I grew up and was a temporary resident?
If I should list country B, then should I list year X to year Y (total period of temporary resident) and in addition to this list the few times I have gone on vacation?
Any help regarding this will be greatly appreciated.

Please disclose all the countries where you travelled and lived since your 18th birthday. Try not to miss any country as it is considered misrepresentation and take very seriously.. They will ask for the Police Certificate for each country where you lived for more than 6 months since your 18th birthday
