Travel history - road trips

Hi folks.
I've done several road trips and I have some questions regarding how to fill travel history. I would be very grateful if anybody can help.

1, During the road trips I visited over 10 different cities and spent no more then 3 days in every city. Should I fill every city which I visited during this travel in a separate field, choose one of the cities or mention only country?

2, For example: I visited Vietnam from April to June, in May I spent a few days in Laos. Which option for From/To is correct?
A, April/June -Vietnam
May -Laos

B, April/May Vietnam
May -Laos
May/June -Vietnam.

It has to be the country, as the visa stamp of that country will be mentioned on your passport

Why don't you just follow the dates of the stamps on your passport?

Countries not cities

Why don't you just follow the dates of the stamps on your passport?

Lots of countries do not stamp your passport, for example all european countries.
