Travel history question

Hello I have a question hoping I can get some answers. I am filling out the travel history for PR. Do we fill out according to each stamp and travel in the passport? I traveled a lot to India more than 5 times, should I mention each trip separately? Also, most of those travel stamps are in my old passport do I have to submit it?

It's not necessary to mention travel between country of residence and home country.

• You must report every single trip that you took outside your country of origin or your country of residence
• It doesn't matter if you have a stamp in the passport or not, you must report all such trips
