Hi,
I am doing the ground work for my travel history in the past 10 years and I am a bit stuck. I was a resident of 3 countries - U.A.E, Oman and India[citizen as well] and have been constantly travelling back and forth between them plus a few pleasure trips abroad making it crazy. I have a lot of entry exit stamps and have done with the time taking task of tabulating it. However here are a few concerns:

1. While a Oman resident-few entry exit stamps are not there, as it was logged onto the Resident card using E-Gate technology. So few cases I do have entries, while the others the country I visited would have a entry exit stamp
2. While being a Oman resident, I changed visa 3 times, due to validity, or change of jobs, and previously I was on family visa then converted to Work visa. For that I had to exit the country. Do I need to keep logging the stay within the country -or only the exits to the other place [India] Cos my residency keeps changing from U.A.E to India to Oman and back to India..so it could be confusing.
3. Few stamps in the passport are not clear, few I could decide on trial and error seeing corresponding entry exits. But is that ok. These are very few.
4. Few countries have not put an exit stamp due to inter transit or such reasons. But we have a entry date and visa too. Would that work?
5. While holding residency of Oman at a time, I was residing in India though to complete education. So there is a lot of in and outs based on this change in residencies. I am lost how to catalog it.

Hey there,

Could you advise how did you get across your issue regarding the exit/entry stamps as my wife was an ex-resident of UAE and because of e-gate technology she at times has missing entry/exit stamps.
