My query is regarding the question in which they asked whether you have been refused a visa or deported from Canada or any other country.
I applied twice for France visa but didn’t get it .neither Did I get any refusal stamp . So should I mentioned yes or no or should I explain if I say yes .

you were refused a visa. you should state yes and mention whatever reason your application was refused.
