Travel history mismatch with study permit application

Hi everyone,
I will be submitting my CEC application very soon. I have a difficult situation in my CEC application. I have a travel history mismatch in my CEC application with my previous study permit application when I first came to Canada. I did not include one of my stay in a country where I stayed more than 6 consecutive months. However, In my CEC application I want to include all my travels and stays outside my home country.

Is it going to be a huge problem? I was wondering If I am truthful in my CEC application and include all my travels (although some of them are not in my current passport) , are they going to refuse my CEC application for not including one of the travels in my previous study permit application.

Do they actually match CEC applications with previous study permit/visa applications?

Thanks,

This is a case of misrepresentation. It is hard to tell what might happen. They might not look too closely at it but then they might. Is there any reason why you did not include your stay in your study permit application?
