I was going through my 10 years travel history and am a bit confused..

While living in UAE, I travelled several places...that was clear..
But then I went to UK to study...I was in UK from Oct to Dec....then in the next year Jan to April...and May to June....
I was renting a place for the whole year (student accom) and have declared UK as my official place of residence from October to June, because "technically" I was coming back home to UAE during holidays...
but I had a residence visa for UAE that time..so both UK and UAE were my places of residence..though UK was on a student visa and UAE a residence visa.

I have to declare UK as my place of residence in EE from October to June because I spent an academic year getting my Masters, had an official residence, and have got police certificate for the same....

so my question is: for my travel history, is my travel the UK dates or the UAE dates from October to June?

If you're claiming full-time education in the UK, you are assumed to be residing there and traveling to UAE on vacation.

So its based on the countries of residence that I put in my EE profile?

That goes something like this:

Until 2013: UAE
Oct 2013- June 2014 - UK
June 2014 to present: UAE

So travel history will be until 2013 anywhere I travelled.... from age 18 to 2013, I only went to my country of origin: India... once or twice...
and UK on 2 day trip..

and then from Oct 2013-June 2014: Travel history is only to UAE ( date x1 to date y1), UAE (Date x2 to date y2), UAE (date x3 to y3)... my "study" in UK would not be a travel, and therefore not mentioned at all?

and then I moved to UAE and only went back to UK for graduaion... so then my travel will be (UK date 1 to date 2)?

That seems so confusing.. given that in one place I have UAE as my place of residence and then suddenly it becomes place of travel for 10 months... whereas once before and once after, my place of study (UK) was my place of travel...

Ok wow...that sounds confusing, because it was my residence visa that was being stamped everytime I went back to UAE...I just hope I don't confuse the immigration officer with this..

Can't I just do this (These dates are not real - but very close):

UK: Oct 1 - Dec 1 - study
UAE Dec 2 - Jan 10 - vacation
UK: Jan 11- April 1 - study
UAE: April 2 - Aptil 25 - vacation
UK: April 26 - May 10 - study
UAE: May 11 - June 5 - vacation
UK: June 6 - June 30 - study

(It wasn't vacations - it was family medical emergency due to which I was back between exams and classes almost every few months, but not sure if I need to get into specs)
After which I moved back to UAE permanently..

and then UK for graduation
