Travel History - HELP!

Hi Guys,
my visit visa application to Canada was denied twice, having problem with the "TRAVEL HISTORY" is there any format for this? or could someone please explain me how this thing works?

Travel history is simply whether and how much you have traveled outside of your country (especially to other countries that require visas). If you have an extensive travel history (i.e. have traveled outside of your country many times and to countries that require visas), then you have a higher chance of being approved for a visitor visa to Canada. If you haven't traveled outside of your country (or only a few times), this lowers your chances of being approved for a visa.

It's not about formatting - it's about whether you have a travel history or not.

thanks Scylla, but I would like to check my home country is in Philippines and im located now in middle east, and I just recently travelled to hongkong, does it count?
do I just have to scan the pages of my entry and exit stamp?
