Travel History and Relatives in Canada

Hi Team,

Here is the question that I have:

In the family section, there's a question: Does Harry have a relative in Canada who is 18 years of age or older and is a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident living in Canada

To this my answer is Yes

The next question is...

This person is Harry's: the dropdown lists shows the possible relations - I select Aunt/Uncle.

Now after these questions, the next section says please provide details of immediate family members - there I can only provide details of the immediate family members. I can`t provide details about my aunt as in the Relationship to Harry dropdown, Aunt/Uncle is not listed, the dropdown only lists immediate family members like mother, father, son, daughter, stepson, stepdaughter, etc. This makes sense because this section deals with immediate family member. So what I can't figure out is where do I provide the details about my aunt (she is my mom's sister) to get points for adaptability. I hope you got the scenario I'm trying to describe..

Please tell me what should I do?

If you're talking about post ITA screens, you will get to document uploads after getting done with this section.

Re: Relatives in Canada

Thank you very very much man.

Bumped across 2 more roadblocks:

1. Provide details of any trips Harry has taken outside his/her country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since his/her 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.You can tell us about each trip by filling in the fields below.

I have home in India and I am living in Canada. The only other country I have been to is USA, twice. In this section, do I need to mention the trips I made to India (from Canada) and the trips I made to Canada (from India). Or do I only need to mention the trips I made to USA?

2. In the statutory questions, there are two questions to which I have to answer YES

a. Has Harry you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

b. Has Harry ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?:

I was refused a study permit for USA. Thats all.
- Do I answer yes to both?
- Where can I explain this?
- The questions are very similar :(
