Travel History And Purpose of Visit

Hello All,

I am going to reapply for Canada TRV. In my previous Refusal they have mentioned a refusal reasons as Travel History and Purpose of Visit. So before I am going to re apply i want to make sure how should i fulfill this requirement.
What all are documents required separately as I can see that these have been most common refusal reasons.

-Please suggest Do i have to make a Word file and put it all in writing or need to scan all stamps of Passports and attach it with application.
-While preparing Itinerary , what needs to be taken care. EG. Need to include expense , day to day places to visit etc,

Your passport should have be scanned with all stamps, this is required.
