I have few queries regarding travel history
1) When i was in ukraine my wife traveled to india 3 times first one on family visa and the other two on D visa. I have mentioned her consolidated travel date in the form. Is this the right approach
2) My wife was an Air Hostess before marriage. Due to which her old passport has lot of stamps and it is very difficult to mention all those travel dates. Hence I am planning to give an undertaking from my wife, her employment letter which states that she was an air hostess and LOE stating that in her form i have mentioned all the travel dates post our marriage and also mentioned the reason why i am not able to include dates of her travel while she was working as an air hostess. Is this the correct way
3) My wife's uncle is an Canadian citizen, as a proof of relationship we are providing his marriage certificate. But the marriage certificate was issued by a temple which was considered as a legal document in 1980. Now we are in a dilemma that will this be considered as proof of relationship or not
