My parents is supposed to travel to Canada by air in a few days but my dad's eTA is still pending. I am pretty sure it's related to his medical condition (he applied for supervisa before. It was approved with the condition of active TB check upon arrival).
I do not know how long this eTA process gonna be. It seems to be weeks or months. We are going to fly them to the states, stay a few days, then drive to cross Canada border.
Since there is a pending eTA on file, will it be a big flag? Has anyone has similar situation? I am worried if he will get denied entry?
