I am a convention refugee since 1994. My file is currently under ministerial relief but has not been decided yet. I was rejected once about 4 years to be a permanent resident but the judge at supreme court ruled out the decision and sent it back to CBSA for a new decision. I want to travel outside of Canada to see my family for the first time since I came here in 1993. I want to know what should I do to take this trip and also if this is too risky not letting me back into Canada. For your information CIC wont be able to sent me back to my original country because of the thread of my life.
