Hi. Can anyone please enlighten me?

Im outside Canada. Expired pr aug 2012. Applied for travel document because have to go back to take citizenship test. Embassy denied issuing travel document due to failure to meet pr residency requirement. I wrote and explained that I already satisfied citizenship residency requirement, all the more pr residency requirement. I also attached letter for citizenship test. They still didn't issue travel document and got my pr card.

Pls help. I'm confused with their decision and already missed the 1st schedule for the citizenship exam.

Thank you so much!!!

Did you live for 2 years in 5 years prior to the date you applied for travel document in embassy. When you applied for citizenship and when did you leave Canada?

1. Do you have strong and conclusive evidence of your physical presence in Canada for the time period above e.g. employment letters, medical records etc?

2. Do you have a valid US visa?

3. If no how would you rate your chances of getting a US visa?

4. Did you receive appeal forms with the TD rejection...you better submit this ASAP just to ensure your PR status is retained pending this going through the courts.
