Travel document questions

Hi
Any idea how long it takes to wait for travel document in Philippines?i just landed last May 12.2015..but I went home for an emergency issue..I applied travel document in Manila,but I dont know how long it takes to received it.

One more thing is,,u think I'm qualified for a travel document?as I'm just only landed,,and didn't meet yet the 730 days

You have exactly the same scenario with my mom before (magka-iba lng ng dates of course hehe).

For your first question.. 15 working days on my mom's case noon. Sa VFS po sya nag-apply then after 15 working days nkuha na nya yung Travel document nya.

Yes you are very qualified. The rule is clear, 730 days out of 5 years.
