Travel Document (Permanent Resident Abroad)

Good day Every one.

I am planning to apply for Permanent Resident Travel Document (PTRD) as i do not have my PR card.
I have seen that i met all th requirements & conditions to secure PTRD.
My question is how long does it take to process PTRD and what is the usual validity it?
This will help me to plan in advance.

Any helpful information will be much appreciated.
