travel document (permanent resident abroad) Some help!

hey guys , well this is my situation: I became a permanent resident in Canada in January of 1991 and I left Canada in 1993. I was only 10 at the moment that my parents decided to go back home. I am now 28 and believe or not until about 3 days ago I found out I'm a permanent resident.
Since I don't meet the resident obligations, the only thin left for me is the compassion and humanitarian grounds. I've never tried going back to Canada, I was only a child when everything happened and don't remember much, only snow. Ignorance is my only sin in all of this. I'm single, no criminal records, great health, no degree but in school, etc. All around good guy. The only thing that's playing in my favor is that it was a situation out of my control I was only a kid when this happened and when i turned 16 I already didn't meet the resident obligations. And since I found out about me being a resident 3 day ago,THIS IS ME TRYING TO COME BACK IN MY 1ST OPPORTUNITY. Has anybody had similar experience/situation happened to you/them, ? what was the outcome ? I like to get you guys's input in this.

I don't think there are grounds for compassion and humantarian. I know someone who was only 12 when his parents decided to go back home. He managed to stay behind in Canada while his parents return to their country.

Perhaps, you can explore other ways to immigrate to Canada.

I think there might be a chance to get your PR re-instated since you were still young and your parents made the decision for you. I would advice you consult an immigration lawyer for a case like this.
