Travel document help please

Hi.
I have applied for PR travel documents under humanitarian and compassionate grounds
I submitted my file to vfs new delhi on 19th june and they transferred it to canada visa office
On 22 june.
Today is 9 september
And still i have not got any response from them.

How much more time will it take.
Please help
What to do now?
