I found this forum is very helpful. Thanks for all
My wife and children are PRs since 2001 but they didn't stay in Canada and they have only the old Record of Landing papers. I got citizenship in 2004 and we are living in Saudi.
Now, we want to apply for travel documents to return back to Canada. According to the forms, consulate would check about the last five years only and because my family is accompanying me (Canadian citizen outside Canada), then they meet the residency obligations. Is my thinking correct?
What is the chance that they get the Travel Document? and what would happen when they enter Canada again?
