Travel document after PR? Urgent question please

Hi guys,

I landed in May but had to leave to settle things back home. I now have a job offer and need to enter Canada within the next few weeks. PR Card can take up to three months, so I might have two months of waiting ahead. Has anyone ever heard or used the Travel document?
