Travel details

I am applying under family class sponsership.

I am from the UK. The forms are asking for all my travel details over the past 10 years. I have traveled extensivly and I have changed my passport so i don't have the old one.

Is there anyway of obtaining my past travel records?

Why do you need to put down all your travel details? Isn't this just for applicants applying through Paris?

I'm thinking he needs his travel details to fill up his activity on IMM 0008 Schedule 1.
I don't think you can get your passport details to fill this accurately, however, you can try to remember the dates or at least the month when you were on vacations, and make a list of places visited in that period. Try to be as accurate as possible but if you don't remember a date, include a note about it.
