Travel after completing half course online

Thing is i've received my visa long before 18th march and currently and taking online classes but soon i'll complete my 50% study online however as per canada to be eligible for PGWP we need to complete other half from canada, hence will i be able to travel to canada if i complete my half study and will my travel be considered essential?

I'm really confused please enlighten me!

I read here on the forum that the IRCC webinar conducted by the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi said that a student could stop studying if they are about to reach their 50%. I am not sure about the details though.


Why don't you ask the international student office at your institution? Whether a student can travel and enter if they are about to reach the 50% limit?

yes, the woman said that u can take deferal after 50% of the completion of course

Im not sure but i guess u will be sent a travel support letter by ur college that now ur travel is essential because you’ve completed 50% online. Contact ur college about it
