Travel after applying for PR

Got ITA on October 12. I am ready to submit the profile/application for PR - CEC (Inland). However, I be will out of Canada from 1st December to 2nd Jan. Should I submit the application now or around the last week of November (before going abroad)? My fear is if I submit now then within 30-40 days if they ask for Biometrics or additional medicals then I won't be in Canada for that.

Hi, I am kind of in a similar situation. But we can get medical from our residing country. And if already got biometric and medical for student visa, we don't need to take either of it. right?
