Transportation to quarantine

My airport is about an hour's car drive from my housing. Am I allowed to take taxi/uber ?

yes. no problem.

make sure you write in the quarantine plan of yours that you will be sitting at the back seat and will be wearing facemask all the time from the airport until you reach your house.
