My friend has been nominated by a province. That province accepted ONE affidavit signed by the translator, stamped by a lawyer and a list of documents that were translated by him as suffice documents to be submitted.
I called the CIC customer service twice to ask them what their policy was and got 2 different answers on 2 different days:
The first answer: "EACH AND EVERY DOCUMENT TRANSLATED MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN AFFIDAVIT."
The Second Answer"ONE AFFIDAVIT SHOULD SUFFICE, WITH A LIST OF DOCUMENTS TRANSLATED.
OMG, THIS SHOULD BE A SIMPLE STRAIGHT FORWARD ANSWER.
DOES ANYONEHAVE ANY ADVICE ON THEIR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SPECIFIC CONCERN?
PLEASE REPLY . THANK YOU.

Yes, one affidavit, listing all the documents that it relates to, per language. See also my answer to you here:

One affidavit is enough if all the documents are translated by the same person.

if two people translated two sets of documents you need 2.

yes 1 affidavit if one translator does all translations, but if translator is changed then again 1 more affidavit to verify his/her translations.........
