Is that safe to give them my personal documents, passport, educational degrees and so on?

I am living in iran and i need to translate some of my documents including
Iranian birth certificate
Driver's license
Bachelor and MS degrees and transcripts
But I can't send the original documents to you because I need them here in Iran.
I can just give the scan of documents and translated documents by an iranian official translator.
And I need these to be certified by a notary whether translated documents by you or the certified translated documents which I will have sent to you.
I want to give these to PEO(Professional engineering Ontario)
Is it possible? How come?
