Translation valid for Canada

I have translated my docs from Hindi to English and noterised them in Ghaziabad and he marked an stamp "Valid Out Side Of India" also and this stamp is in blue color.
But I heard that, we have to use red color stamp and that is available only in Delhi High Court.


Please suggest
