I never submitted translation of two passport stamps to Mexico, since only the month (on the stamp) is in Spanish, will they ask for it? or should I just send it to them?

No the translation for stamps are not for the words entry and exit. Some countries like in middle east, they use different calendar and even the way they write numbers are different with English ones, they want translation of those stamps to convert those dates to international calendar

Did you get a letter to submit the all pages passport copy? If so, you should attach a translation for any stamp that is in not english or french.
