translation of a document

Hi ,
i am applying for visiors visa for canada .I am attaching a letter from my current institution/school that I am a fulll time ,regular student enrolled in that institition.The institution/school has issued me this letter in english but their letterhead on which the name and address of that school is written is in native language i.e in urdu language and the stamp at the bottom of the letter is in arabic language but all the details about me, my enrollment ,my course contents etc are in english language.Do i need to translate this letter in english or not.

You can take the risk of submitting it. Nonetheless I would advise to translate the entire thing.

This kind of stuff falls in the grey area where there is no definite answer.

have they written their name and address in English in the content of letter. Have they put their stamp in English, if no then get translated and submit original as well as translation. Why to take risk. Translations are not costly and if visas are refused then you loose cad195
