If passport stamps contain numbers (dates!!), what's left to translate? Or, rather, under what circumstances would you translate a stamp?

In my old passport, I have EU stamps, which display an arrow (exit?), the date, and the international code of the country (e.g.: ITA for Italy). How would one translate this i wonder...

No, you don't need to translate EU stamps.

They are straightforward.

You need to translate those stamps that are in a different language for example, Iran does not use 1234, they use ۱۲۳۴ and have a complete different calendar so if an officer look at the stamps from Iran cannot understand them. Those needed to be translated. Besides that you don't need to translate other stamps as the officer will understand them.

I had one stamp in my passport from visit to Dubai which I got translated because it had Arabic numerals. Hence anything other than English or French in even stamps with dates has to be translated.

Please remember that you will have to use certified translator.

Hey Guys,
I have a problem. All the stamps were on my old passport and I cannot find it. What is going to happen do you have any idea?
I applied to citizenship with my new passport however, There is no stamp on it. What am I going to show on the interview?
