The immigration website states that documents that aren't in English or French must be translated by a certified translator and my birth certificate is in Dutch. So does anyone know where i can find a certified translator online. For example, is there a list of online translators that are recognized by Canadian immigration?

I found these sites but i can't confirm if their translations will be accepted.

Certified translator option is more likely for inland candidates
If so try out below

Cannot be sure if they translate Deutch though.

If Outlander You should go for an affidavit translator, meaning search the nearest translation office ask them to translate the Document and most importantly get it sealed and notarized by public notary.

In practice an authorized translator does the service for you
Next notry public rectify it and seal both original and translated documents.

Imp: when using final Document scan and upload both.

Yes only make sure that the translator can notarize it for you. A translator himself must appear to a notry public and both sign and stamp the translated Document/s and the notry public takes a copy in file and seal it (usually with a large sticker to not add or remove anything from or into it). Fees May apply as applicable.

Try to add all documents once to cut cost. For example birth certificate, PCC, maybe social security and taxation documents (which might you need in proof of work). Etc..
