Translating a national ID card with EN on it

Hello,

My husband is German and his national ID card also has translated headings of English and French on it. However, it is only the headings that are translated but the input fields are all in German.

For example, "Nationality" as a heading is written in German, English, and French, but the actual entry says "deutsch" - which means German in German.

Has anyone else gotten theirs translated? If so, did you also translate the German passport (same thing is happening there).

my wifes tunisian ID and passport have both arabic and english or french so i erred on the safe side and translated. I dont know if i needed to but i wanted zero chance of the app being returned.
