Translate the Documents

Hello
Iam taking about PCC, Work Experience cert.,Marriage Cert. & etc
Must i ask translator to staple the translation with original and stamp both?
or
Must i ask translator to staple the translation with black and white copy and upload the original with them?

Please anther one question:
If i translate all documents in my home country and then travel to Canada for study and apply there, i must re-translate the documents in Canada again?
