I am planning to book tickets from Hyderabad to Toronto...
One of the travel agent booked tickets via Mumbai and London...
Hyderabad to Mumbai
Mumbai to London
London to Toronto

My question is do we have to pay any transit visa or Airport fee in London ?

yes that's true. No transit visa required.
it's required only if you want to leave the airport and do sightseeing or something.
