Transit visa required or not

Hi!

I need to board flight from New Delhi with stop over at Newark...Where I need to change plane for Calgary... Will I need a transit visa. I am geting confused coz I am getting mixed response... Some one pls help....

If transit visa is required for USA, can anyone reply which country dont need transit visa to travel form New Delhi To Calgary..

Please help.... Its urgent

u need transit visa for US...

You would need transit visa if your transit is in USA and it costs 160$. You wouldn't need one if your transit is in belgium,qaTAR,dubai,london,hong kong. But each has time period like 24 hours and after that you would require visa.

If you're an Indian citizen, AVOID travelling via the US! Do not even try and get into the whole mess of applying for US transit visa and all that. It's just not worth the trouble/time/stress/money etc. Just book an alternate flight option with transit in UK or Continental Europe. There're loads and loads of flights with just 1 layover outside of Canada.

does dis 12am deadline also stands for london as I will b having a halt at london for more dan 12 hrs.......I will be reaching london at 5pm and will be departing london on early morning around 8

No, I this deadline doesn't apply for London now The information I provided was a little backdated but now this doesn't apply. and I have heard that you can get a transit visa easily in London if you want to step outside the airport.

Hi There,

I have an Indian passport and I have a visitor visa to Canada for 8 years. I have booked my direct flight from Delhi to Toronto but when I'm returning then I have a flight from Toronto to Munich(German) to Delhi. So I want to confirm do I need a transit visa for Munich stay?
My stay is just for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
