Transit Visa Application Status

Hi Everyone

I sent my transit visa application to the New York consulate on the 21st of Oct (I guess 24th it might have reached). I am yet to get any kind of acknowledgement on whether my application has reached the consulate or not. I am getting paranoid because my passport/I20 was all in that document package. I am unable to track that package for some reason. Where can I find out if my package has reached / get an acknowledgement for the application?

I remember there was a link but the website is so confusing I think I lost the link. Can anyone please help

Do you have a tracking number of the envelope? You can check for one on the mailing receipt.
I've sent my application for a transit visa to ny as well, they got my package on October 10, and I did not receive anything back yet...
I am not aware of any link to check for status on your visa application... If you find it again, let me know what it is...
