Hello guys,
I am looking to transfer a nanny's (prospective) LMO to myself. I mean she is in Canada working for another employee who recently laid off and cann't afford her anymore.
Now, what i understood is that I need to get an LMO from Service Canada and I am planning to do so soon but i need some info.
here are the questions :
1. Do she need to work at least 44 hrs or thats maximum she can work?
2. Whats the minimun hours i can put(meaning nanny work hrs/week) and still she will be full time and can process her LMO?
3. how long does it take to get the LMO in Alberta?
4. Can she work for me once the LMO is applied?
5. How much of the other stuff like house-keeping/cooking allowed for nanny? Does it only have to do with the kid? meaning house-keeping/cooking that is related to kid?
6. I have 1 yr old baby , is that will be considered as not a vallid ground to sponsor a nanny?
Thanks
