Transferring money

Hi

I am applying visitor visa to Canada for summer vacation for 15 days. I am full time university student in India so I fully depend on my parents financial support. Can they transfer $ 6,000 to my bank account and they will write letter of explanation why that amount is transferred which is to cover my travel expenses. Is that ok to proof mean of financial support. Please some one lend me your answer. I am planning to go june 1,2017 but want to apply now in advance.

Lump sum transfer will never work.

Don't your parents give you pocket money in a monthly/weekly basis?

Take a undertaking from your parents or rather an affidavit stating that they will be sponsoring your stay in Canada as you are still studying. And then show your parents bank account proofs. That should be more than enough.
