Hi - I was working in US for the past 5 years and due to my VISA challenges i had moved to India for the same employer. My current employer had processed my CANADA WP and i got it stamped.

1. Would i be able to transfer the WP to a new employer?
2. If i get a job in CANADA, can i use the current WP to travel by transfering the WP
3. What should i do, if i get a job in CANADA? Do i have to apply for a new WP to travel.

Sorry if these are silly queries. I am new to the CANADA WP.

Thanks.

1. No, your new employer would have to get an approved LMO after advertising the position for at least 1 month (job bank and others) If approved then you could apply for a new work permit. You can't work for the new employer until you get the new work permit.
2. See 1.
3. Don't understand your question.

Hi,
How long your work permit exists? Step in to canada with your current WP and start searching other job and it requries the same procedure of getting +VE LMO and applying new WP.
