im doing Bachelor of information Technology/Software Engineer im on my second year,this course is 4 years but im not learning that much here
so im transferring to a univ in Canada what are my chances of getting visa..

Get into a good univ, bear all the expenses (tuition & other expenses) make VO happy and get your visa. Simple ;D
