Transfer PNP application to Ottawa

I am Planning to land Canada soon by using my work permit. My pnp application is still waiting for Medical request.

Can I request to transfer my pnp application from my vo office to Ottawa after I land in Canada by using my work permit?

Please help! Thank you!
