Transfer my mom property to me after canada citizenship

I am in process for applying canada citizenship. My mom have a house in india punjab. So my question are
1. Can i transfer my mom’s house (indian one) to my name after my canada citizenship?
2. If yes then it will be the same fee ?

1. Yes. Just that you cannot buy agricultural land.
2. It's unclear which fee you talking about.
