Transfer from college to university. I want to know process seniors plz reply

Plz post here guys.. I have taken admission in centennial college for jan 2013 intake.. Can I transfer to university??? can i apply for sept 2013 in university???

1. If you are in a graduate course, you can transfer to a University without any need to notify CIC.
2. At the time of study permit extension, make sure you can justify your activities from Jan to Sept 2013.

k.. thnx for the reply.. I have completed BE in India and took advanced diploma in centennial and want to transfer to university.. So i can start university process without notifying cic right????????

should i start applying for universites right from today without informing college??? is it ok to inform college after i get admission letter from university???
