We have filed the sponsorship application, the file was processed successfully and the sponsorship was approved and my PR process has been sent to London (early in January this year); we are in the UK on a residency visa.
The problem is we are leaving the country for another career opportunity but my UK residency won't be terminated till February 2015, so from your experiences is it worth it to switch the PR application to another embassy? especially that I can travel to the UK for any interview or further required steps if requested by the embassy within my UK residency validity period. Are there any legal restrictions from the embassy against leaving my PR within the London office?
