Please help me in understanding the meaning of transcripts:

TFW:
Are these marks card of all the courses taken for completion of degree.

Also, i have done PhD in Australia where we don't do any courses.

Doesn't matter, Australian Universities will issue a transcript. Just go to your university's website and do a search for "transcript" and you will find instructions on how to obtain it.
