Does CHC New Delhi accepts the transcripts directly from the university if file no is mentioned on the envelop because Punjab University Chandigarh does give the transcripts by hand. There is no other way out...Pls suggest

Hi,
Every visa office accepts documents direct from the institute but you have to make sure that they do send to visa office and you give them your file number so that when visa office get your transcripts they are able to put it in your file and also you will need to write this in your cover letter the university is not giving you and they will directly post it to them. so that in any case if they dont receive your transcripts from uni they contact you for it.

dear satwant
as per my knowledge punjab uni. stop providing original transcripts,because of misuses.But i came to know that they r attesting the photocopy of your original marksheet and i think chc new delhi will accept it. u can confirm this at punjab uni.
