Hi,

I got seal transscripts from Delhi University(graduation) for my wife & me.
However accidently my daugther opened my wife sealed transcript letter.
I am the principal applicant , can we again glue the transcript letter and send with Full application.

I would be very sceptical about sending such an envelope which has beenn accidently opened & glued again. But one never knows. Things can go either ways with the Visa Officer.

Go back to the university and get it done properly or do it yourself and pray it goes well

Some envelops if you re close it will not be traceable, depend who its open if side corners are damage better to go back to university and do it again for safe side, but if it is clean and not traceable I think no problems. may other senior can comments or suggest.
