Hi,

I am trying to get transcripts for my Master's degree from YCMOU. For that I need to post them my attested marksheets. Now can attest the marksheets from a gazetted officer or do i need to get them attested from the University itself? This is because the college which I attended for this course has stopped the course now and has nothing to do with it.

I used this service http://mailtranscripts.com/apply to get the same from mumbai university. They have YCMOU in the list. Try with them
