Transcripts from Annamalai University

Hi All, Need help on obtaining transcripts from Annamalai University. There is a post with detailed explanation of the process, however that is before COVID. I would like to know if anyone applied for transcripts recently and what is the process they have followed (especially now that University can upload documents directly to WES electronically). I am currently outside and appreciate if anyone can guide me on this.
