Transcripts - Fresh set required during at the port of entry for FSW?

I read somewhere that transcripts are required to be carried to the port of entry. Is it necessary that these are a fresh issue?

1) Are these needed at all after WES accreditation document is available?
2) If yes, will the old ones from 2015 (obtained right before I mailed them to WES) suffice?

Hi,

1) The documents are not necessarily needed at the port of entry, but they are good to have when you are in Canada.
2) The old ones are fine.
